As the 19th edition of the Conclave is about to kick off, it is with great optimism and purpose to turn all focus toward advancing Africa’s growth and further strengthening the vital partnership between India and Africa. This Conclave offers an exceptional platform to deepen our integration into regional and global value chains and to fortify the bonds that unite our nations.

Africa’s pivotal role in shaping the global economic and political landscape is increasingly recognized, and this Conclave will be instrumental in reinforcing that significance. Through the various discussions, bilateral, trilateral, or regional, new areas of cooperation that foster sustainable development and mutual prosperity, rooted in a win-win collaboration, will be identified and cultivated.  Exploring and capitalizing on the emerging opportunities in key sectors that can further enrich partnership should remain the priorities.

This Conclave marks a crucial moment to reaffirm and expand these ties, leveraging our collective strengths to unlock new potential for economic transformation across the continent. Africa’s recent inclusion in the G20, driven by India’s visionary leadership, provides an even greater platform to advance our shared goals and ensure Africa’s dynamic economies are fully integrated into the global marketplace, for benefits of billions of population.
