India Pavilion at the Vietnam Defence Expo 2024 was inaugurated by Gen Luong Tam Quang, Vietnam's minister of public security, Sanjeev Kumar, Secretary of Department of Defence Production, India, and Sandeep Arya, Ambassador of India to Vietnam. Scheduled during December 19 to 22, 2024, added flavor to this event that exhibited the advances made by Indonesia in developing indigenous defense technologies.
The pavilion displayed cutting-edge innovations from eminent Indian defense organizations such as Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL), Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), and Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) to emphasize India's commitment toward self-reliance and defense innovation.
The event has provided a great platform to showcase India's technological capabilities while establishing it as a growing player in the arena of regional and global defence cooperation.
