Also, Japan has been announced as the official partner country for the 25th edition of Nagaland’s iconic Hornbill Festival, joining Wales, which had earlier confirmed its participation. This milestone partnership was finalized following discussions between Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and representatives from the Japanese Embassy, including Takashi Ariyoshi and Mayumi Tsubakimoto.
